Spark-Y is committed to personal and professional skill-building in sustainability and entrepreneurship through multiple pathways for youth to engage, learn, and build their resumes:

• Our ongoing internships provide opportunities for youth to earn credit and pay while supporting various operations within our organization.

• Every year our Annual Summer Internship employs youth in a “sustainability bootcamp” where youth complete real-world, sustainable projects throughout the Twin Cities, while building their resumes, learning, and skill-building.

• Our internal Spark-Y Academy provides pathways for our staff to gain training and professional development, as well as growth and advancement within Spark-Y.
